I have upgraded to WM6 using the AT&T official release. WM5 used to maintain my ActiveSync connection when I turned the screen off (by momentarily depressing the power button - sleep mode). Now WM6 drops the USB connection. I performed a hard reset - no change. I reinstalled WM6 - no change. It appears that for applications the 'sleep mode' is acting more desire a power-down mode (just doesn't reboot when you power up again). >>>>Follow-up - I received some responses from a go I posted on the XDA Hermes WM6 forum.  It appears that this is 'normal' for WM6. Cingular 8525 running WM6.  I am having issues connecting/synching consistently.  I get a notice that says "USB Device Not Recognized" when I cerebrate.  I have ActiveSynch 4.5 installed have re-installed it with no changes.  This happens over two different machines where it has worked before. I have made sure that in the USB to PC connections settings that the checkbox for "enable advanced network functionality" is checked - although either way makes no difference. I read the posts about checking cables headers cleaning contacts etc.. Because m,any times things finally started working the local forum "gurus" on these other sources waved their magic wands and wrote it off as a "keyboard driver" error; but I think it's bigger than that.  I'm not screaming "conspiracy" here but I think there's a serious air with the Intel 82801FB/FBM USB2 Enhanced Host Controller chipset or the Microsoft drivers associated with the same. The one thing I'm really looking for is to be proven wrong.  Please someone prove me wrong.  All I experience is that finally for no good reason (and I'm pretty methodical) my phone synced again only because I changed the USB port it was plugged into - and I tried that at least 15 times today. I'm afraid to unplug the thing. I realize I appear dramatic... I've had a couple bottles of booze tonight and I wax poetic when that happens.  However. I truly think there's a really large underlying issue here and I don't have a alter understanding of the solution.. and THAT bothers me. You might try using Outlook to save your contacts. Heck of a time saver. Also if neither work you will likely have to hard.

So I am now create from raw material to send in my rebates for my Tilt and noticed that the form with file label MIR_NAT_Device_110307[1] pdf which is coupon # 77694 and it says it is available for location AT&T Online. Since I bought exploit at a retail hold on. I am assuming that means this one is not valid. I see plenty of other people mentioning two rebates is there another coupon out there I am missing? I undergo Coupon #77720 which says AT&T sell Stores Those are the 2 rebate forms and you are change by reversal that one of the forms is only good for those that purchased via the ATT Online website. Well that's interesting because I bought my Tilt at an AT&T hold on and they told me it was $399 - $100 discount = $299. But I just noticed that the form they gave me is only for $50. Not sure if I was supposed to get a back up rebate create or if I got ripped off. I used my 8525 today for the first time to listen to music over the internet for a bring together of hours then I immediately went into a 20 minute speaker telecommunicate conversation and noticed that the unit was very warm and the check was opaque and in various colors of lighten color go and color.  I immediately turned the phone off put it on the charger since the unit was beeping at me about the battery being low and let it cool drink for an hour.  What was this and what should I do about it in the future?  Should I have not put on the charger until it cooled down.  It seems to bring home the bacon book now. Is it too late to transfer it at the point of sale? It's definitely normal for the device to get warm possibly even considerably change under heavy usage (especially 3G data), but the screen shouldn't ever dress appearance. I would exchange while you have the opportunity to get a new one vs a warranty transfer where you'll get a refurb.   wow i just posted something or the sort about my 8125. yea thats exactly what happens to my telecommunicate except only when it slides open... try to like mess around with it. just dont put to much compel on the check.. From measure to time you may get a crash which scrambles the screen graphics. This may require a soft reset. It's just the graphics processor not having enough RAM to modify the check. However if this happens regularly then you may have either a hardware fault or an application with a memory leak or a alter installation of an application or you're simply getting too low on memory. To rule out a hardware problem having checked obvious software issues you can act a hard reset. If it persists after that then it's back to the shop. also try SOFT reseting it while the check is up and if that doesnt work try a HARD reset while screen is up. soft worked for me and keep it up while it is rebooting. until it loads up windows. 2007 AT&T Intellectual Property.
